You may use Shutterly only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to Shutterly systems.

5. Payments and Billing

If paid features are offered, pricing, billing terms, and applicable taxes will be disclosed at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

You may stop using Shutterly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, to protect users, or for legal or operational reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

Shutterly and its branding, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, no rights are granted to copy, modify, or distribute our materials.

8. Disclaimers

Shutterly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shutterly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Changes to Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Shutterly operates, excluding conflict of law rules.
